Graber Family Cheesy Potatoes

6-8 potatoes
2 -3 cups shredded cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 stick butter
dash of paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil, peel, and grate potatoes into hashbrown form and place them in one 9x13 pan (no smushing please). 

Preheat conventional oven to 350F. On low heat, melt butter and cheese in small sauce pan.  When melted, removed from heat and add sour cream, salt and pepper.  Gently fold the mixture into the potatoes - Whitney Graber says to fold "with more caution and tenderness than you've ever displayed in your life!"

Spread the potato mixture evenly in the pan, and put a little bit of soft butter over the top of it.  Then sprinkle paprika to taste. 

Bake in oven for 30 minutes.  Enjoy!
