1 pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. oreo cookies
1 pkg. white chocolate candy coating
1 large bowl
1 medium sauce pan
Take cream cheese out of the refrigerator so it will be easier to mix. Put all the oreos into a plastic bag (you may have to use two if your bags are not big enough) and crunch all the cookies into a fine powder. You may choose a different method of crunching them, it does not matter. The smaller the crumbles, the better.
Put crumbles into the bowl and mix with the cream cheese. I like to add an extra 1/2 pkg. of cream cheese to add taste, and I'm pretty much obsessed with the stuff. Once mixed, and once your arm has recovered from the strain, roll mixture into 1 inch balls and set in the refrigerator to chill for one hour. If you forget this step, the balls will melt when you cover them with candy coating.
Sometimes it is fun to eat them with out the coating, but if you must, melt the candy coating in the sauce pan according to the directions on the package. Then dip each chilled oreo ball into the coating and leave to harden. You may want to drizzle it over them once the sauce in the pan is low.
