STEP ONE

Please refer to the examples below to help you correctly format your envelope addresses.
We CANNOT accept address lists in excel or google sheets format, where each part of the address is in a separate column.

STEP two

Please count the addresses on your list and include the total amount at the bottom of your document.
Your final addressing cost will be adjusted according to this number and will be updated on your proposal and payments page.

STEP Three

Once properly completed, email/share a G O O G L E D O C to info@shastabell.com.

I acknowledge that I have read this ENTIRE addressing guide and if I do not submit my address list to info@shastabell.com as directed, it may be returned to me for corrections and the completion of my items may be delayed or I may be assessed an address document formatting fee. If I have any questions, I will contact Shasta Bell Calligraphy before submitting my address list document. I also acknowledge that Shasta Bell Calligraphy will write exactly what is listed in my address document (ex. WI versus Wisconsin, Ave versus Avenue) unless restricted in doing so by envelope size or formatting issues. Errors or misspellings in my address list are my responsibility and will be re-addressed at Shasta Bell Calligraphy's convenience. Errors or misspellings on my envelopes that are correct in my address list are the responsibility of Shasta Bell Calligraphy and will be re-addressed and returned as soon as possible.

Shasta Bell Calligraphy WILL NOT accept excel spreadsheets or google sheets for your address list.

Additional Addresses or Change of Address

Please do NOT email us with additional addresses or other address corrections.
You may add them to your address list google document and notify us of the changes via email, be sure to highlight these changes in the the document. You may also submit any changes or additions via the form below.
Any changes may delay your estimated delivery date and/or incur additional addressing costs if a rewrite is necessary.
